Call to Order: – Meeting was called to order by Chairperson David Schmidt at 5:45 p.m.
Financial Report: - Ms. Becky O’Connor gave a brief review of the monthly financial report. Ms. O’Connor reported a total income of $30,941, expenses of $15,226 and a net of $15,714. Bank balance as of September 30, 2006 was $43,488. Moshi cash balance as of September 30, 2006 was $18,435.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of January 26, 2006 were reviewed.
