Salaam nyingi sana kutoka kwa rafiki yako mpendwa na ndugu yako.

Let me thank you very much for your e-mail message of 10 August 2001. I have been overwhelmed by your kind gesture to remind us of a reply to your kind and cordial invitation to visit your beautiful city. It has been very inspiring to hear that His Worship David W. Schmidt is awaiting our response.

Please note that tentatively we intend to visit your city during the second half of October this year, if that fits well with your programmes. Our entourage shall comprise of ten people including both representatives of the Council and other sections of the community. As rightly advised, the delegation will include the librarian from the Moshi Regional Library.

As per our discussions during the Washington Conference, kindly let me know about the computers.
