The student exchange program for seven selected high scool students in the Delray area to visit Miyazu Japan, has been canceled due to international fears of the H1N1 (swine flu) influenza virus epidemic.
If you cannot attend, please let Donna know if you are available to work at the beer tents at the O Bon Festival on August 8, 2009.
It was also brought to our attention that we might qualify for a 120 thousand dollar government grant to aid Moshi Tanzania as one of our sister cities.
